Pudding without dairy milk? Yes!!!

Updated: Feb 25, 2020

I kept a pudding powder made from tapioca and oat for some time in my kitchen.

I have found the barista oat milk which made me hopeful that the pudding will be successful. Those who tried other than cow milk to prepare a pudding know that it is not that easy...

So, I report, it worked!

First I prepared the raspberry pudding and then the chocolate one.

You will just need to make this pudding as any other, you warm up the milk and then put it into the fridge.

I wanted to make a nice cake, so I used a form.

It is of course entirely up to you.

I have out some nuts and dried berries on the top :)

No sugar has been added but it tastes good, especially if you add some raisins, nuts, fruits.

Would you like to try this? Or just interested to change your diet?
