Oat is known to keep your blood sugar under control, so very suitable for people who have insulin resistance or for those who are getting closer to such a problem. Oats are full of fiber and for a grain, they are quite high in protein. There are many vitamins and minerals, including zinc, iron, magnesium and vitamin B types.
I mixed some oatfakes with some oat milk and raisins. I added a bit of coconut oil but really not too much and then baked it.
