I had some beetroots and was wondering what to cook from them. Then, I checked just invented something very simple food for lunch again.
Some of my guests say, when I tell them to eat beetroots, that they do love them. How about you?
Beetroots are very good for your liver and detoxification. It is said to lower blood pressure as they widen and relax blood vessels.
I put together some tofu ( made on sesame oil), beetroots and zucchini and then cooked a pasta ( from millet and rice flour), so our lunch was ready.
